Yonat Hafftka was born in Israel and raised on kibbutz Afikim. She immigrated to the US at the age of 22 and has lived in New York City since. Yonat started writing poetry in English shortly after arriving in the US. SGP is publishing her first book of Poems Sum, which includes poems written between 1975 and 2007. |
